Job Title: Senior Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team at SignDesk. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance Java-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Java-based applications that can handle high-volume and low-latency data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications meet performance goals and adhere to best practices
  • Build robust, scalable solutions using Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful web services
  • Integrate third-party libraries and APIs to enhance application functionality
  • Manage project modules, lead a team focused on Java and Android development, and ensure compliance with corporate policies
  • Unit test, document code, and translate requirements into technical designs for deliverable applications
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with Java
  • Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
  • Knowledge of Java concurrency patterns
  • Experience with integrating third-party libraries and APIs
  • Configure, design, build, and test application or technology architecture components and classes
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
  • Hands-on experience in Java, Spring, J2EE, and Restful Web services, Micro Services
  • Experience in the Spring Framework
  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript will be an added advantage
  • Ability to use version control software such as GIT
