Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide level 2 support for ETL-related issues.

This role requires a strong understanding of Informatica and AWS technologies, as well as excellent knowledge of Python concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support for ETL-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation for ETL processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of production support experience on Informatica/Python/AWS Technologies and applications
  • Good understanding and technical knowledge of Informatica architecture/client components
  • Hands-on expertise in debugging Informatica ETL Mapping to narrow down issues
  • Experience with various types of sources such as Flat files/Mainframes/XML files and Databases
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL and Oracle Databases
  • Good understanding of scheduling tools such as TWS/TIDAL/Others
  • At least 2 years of experience working with ServiceNow for application incident management and problem management in a 24*7 model
