Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and deadline-driven Senior Accountant with strong hands-on knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, TCS, and return filing.

  • GST Compliance: Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, handle e-invoicing, e-way bills, 2A, 2B, ITC reconciliation, RCM entries, credit debit notes, annual GSTR-9, 9C coordination.
  • Direct Tax: Compute TDS, file 24Q, 26Q, generate challans, issue Form 16, 16A, track advance tax, assist in Income Tax return and tax audit working papers, 26AS AIS matching.
  • Accounting: Closing, Ledger scrutiny, bank vendor customer reconciliation, provisions, accruals, GRN-to-invoice matching, monthly P/L and Balance Sheet finalization support, AP AR Control, Ageing reports, follow-ups, settlement of claims returns, vendor customer statement reconciliation.
  • Audit: Support statutory internal GST audits, draft replies to departmental notices on the portal with proper documentation.
  • MIS: Prepare cash-flow, variance, and cost reports, maintain Fixed Asset Register and depreciation workings, improve process controls.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5 years in accounting with solid exposure to GST, direct tax compliance.
  • Education: B Com, M Com, CA Inter preferred.
  • Tech Skills: Full GST cycle, GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C, ITC rules, RCM, e-invoice, e-way bill, TDS, TCS, deduction, challans, returns, certificates, and business ITR workings.

The ideal candidate should possess high ownership and ability to work in a stable professional environment. Proficiency in English is required.
