Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of overall IT experience, with three to four years specifically focused on Microsoft Directory Services.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), including its database, certificates, replication, and disaster recovery solutions. Key skills include DNS and DHCP expertise.

You will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting Distributed File System Replication (DFSR), Distributed File System (DFS), and file/folder permissions, as well as implementing folder redirection.

Troubleshooting involves resolving various issues, including account lockouts and Active Directory replication. A strong understanding of AD security events is beneficial.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary for sharing knowledge with the team and handling client-facing situations.

Fundamental knowledge of networking, Exchange, and Office 365 is required. Experience with scripting and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) is advantageous.
