Job Title: Strategic Finance Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on a key role in driving finance strategy and operations.

As a Manager FinOps AP, you will be responsible for leading a team of ~15 resources and providing overall leadership and direction to the team.

You will need to be a self-starter with strong business modeling skills, keen attention to detail, and good track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for hiring, developing, and retaining the best talent and will be capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Performing autonomously, initiating, and managing complex departmental and/or cross-company work.">
  • Managing group workload and establishing priorities.">
  • Setting and improving policies and procedures, maintaining full compliance, and implementing best practices.">
  • Focusing on strategic initiatives and serving as a consultant or lead on projects and areas of finance or support of a business.">
  • Playing a significant role in career development of the team.">
  • Driving execution of vision and goals for the team.">
  • Being responsible for developing and communicating team or department vision and goals.">
  • Having 2+ years of team management experience.">
  • Having knowledge of Six Sigma defect reduction techniques (Lean, etc.).">
  • Having experience using data to influence business decisions.">
  • Having 6-10 years of Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) experience.">
  • Having 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.">

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience: 6-10 years of Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) experience.

Skills: Strong business modeling skills, keen attention to detail, and good track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
