**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal standards.
  • Supervise production processes, ensuring consistency and safety through regular audits and inspections.
  • Maintain industry certifications by documenting quality control processes and procedures for internal and external audits.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and process efficiency by working closely with cross-functional teams.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor the quality control team, ensuring proper resource allocation and professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control methods, and industry certifications.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
