Our AI-powered platform is purpose-built to manage responses at scale, empowering companies worldwide to accelerate growth, mitigate risk, and improve employee experiences.About the RoleAs a Senior UX Designer, you will create empathetic product UX through pragmatic storytelling, detailed flow mapping, interactive prototyping, and usability testing.You will conceptualize, communicate, and pitch your ideas frequently to peers across product, business, tech, and marketing.We expect you to bring fresh approaches, insights, and convey what's best for users to interact with seamless products using best UX practices and processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create quick sketches, comprehensive wire-frames, rich visuals, and interactive prototypes to deliver finished design deliverables.
  • Partner with Product Team to ideate on product direction and translate user stories into UX solutions.
  • Collaborate with product leadership, development managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, experience, and visuals.
  • Document user experience through mockups, design specs, and prototype demos.
  • Develop and communicate design guidelines, patterns, and libraries.
  • Execute UX and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Drive design quality, usability, and accessibility standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design or related field of study.
  • Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3 code, and basic development practices as an added advantage.
Experience:
  • 7+ years of professional experience with UX/UI design and highly interactive products and digital interfaces such as Web Applications, m-web, and native apps.
  • Experience in prototyping and visual design.
  • Hands-on experience working with Design systems in the past.
Knowledge, Ability & Skills:
  • Strong portfolio detailing interaction, thought process, and UX design skills.
  • Good knowledge in interaction design principles and user-centered design processes.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, composition, information architecture, color theory, fluid grid systems, animation, and transitions.
  • Create detailed user flows while imagining movement and correlation between components to create user delight.
  • Design thinking, creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Open and attentive to user needs.
  • Must communicate ideas and collaborate with team members to achieve desired results.
  • Empathy for end-users and provide the best usable solution.
  • Good English writing and speaking skills.
