Job Title: Governance and Automation Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop a platform for enforcing best practices in governance and automation.

About the Role:

This is a remote position that requires strong Python skills, with an emphasis on testing frameworks and automation.

The ideal candidate will have experience integrating with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines, building systems for rule validation, documentation, and reporting, and working with databases (SQL), automation, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a system to codify rules into automated code checks, creating a framework similar to a testing suite that validates code and practices.
  • Implement governance and standards across large organizations, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level knowledge of Python programming language, with experience in testing frameworks and automation.
  • Strong understanding of database design and development, including SQL.
  • Ability to work with data pipelines and automation tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub integration.

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and services.
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker.
