Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Specialist to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our Digital, Data & IT - Product Supply GBS department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
About the Role
As a Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements, working closely with vendors, system management teams, advisory functions, and auditors to provide necessary documentation and support.
- Leading Sarbanes-Oxley audits and serving as the key auditee from the SAP ECC end, successfully closing audit findings and ensuring business continuity in compliance.
- Presenting to auditors, designing controls, and ensuring timely execution, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in SAP operations from a risk perspective.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of SAP control procedures and guidelines.
- Communicating effectively with business stakeholders, auditors, and functional teams to understand requirements and mitigate gaps.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Computer Science master's or bachelor's degree or comparable degree in IT or a relevant field, such as Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- At least 12 years of relevant domain knowledge within IT, with 4+ years of relevant experience in Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance and Audit, strong proven experience in facing and handling Sarbanes-Oxley/Financial audits, and strong knowledge on Compliance.
- SAP ERP system/service management expertise, with overall exposure to SAP Securities being a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with external parties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to analyze and provide guidance, coordinating with Agile teams, external auditors, and Line of Business teams.

Our Digital, Data & IT - Product Supply GBS department is responsible for many global IT systems at Novo Nordisk A/S, including operation, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale across business areas and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as manufacturing and supply chain. Our team is dynamic and collaborative, always striving for excellence in supporting Novo Nordisk's mission.
