Fitness Exercise Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced fitness exercise specialist to join our team. As a fitness exercise specialist, you will be responsible for leading fitness classes, training clients on proper exercise techniques, and ensuring their safety while using gym equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and exercise, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of all ages and skill levels. You will be expected to create engaging and challenging workout routines that cater to individual needs and goals.
In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the gym area and surrounding facilities. This includes restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste properly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certification as a fitness trainer or instructor
- Experience working with clients of all ages and skill levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
