Investment Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our core team as an Investment Associate. This is an exceptional chance to work directly under the Managing Director and be part of our dynamic team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing investors, evaluating investments, supporting due diligence, working with portfolio companies, and conducting market research.

  • Sourcing investors through networks, events, inbound leads, accelerators, and referrals.
  • Evaluating investments by analyzing business models, financials, traction, and scalability.
  • Supporting due diligence, legal, financial, and compliance checks on shortlisted startups.
  • Working with portfolio companies on fundraising, growth strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Conducting market research, preparing market maps, and identifying emerging opportunities.

Key requirements include:

  • Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months of experience in VC, PE, consulting, investment banking, or startup strategy.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Strong networking skills and prior built-up network.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean team environment.

This role offers direct exposure to deal-making, startups, and LP networks, as well as the opportunity to grow into an Investment Manager role within 2–3 years.
