Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to bridge the gap between process automation, prompt engineering, and applied AI. The ideal candidate will design, test, and optimize high-quality prompts to drive accuracy, reliability, and adaptability of AI models within various business use cases.

The successful candidate will collaborate with automation teams to integrate bots with AI-driven agents for end-to-end workflows, build and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously, and partner with data scientists, RPA developers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities include developing reusable prompt templates, integrating APIs, knowledge bases, and 3rd-party systems into AI agents and RPA workflows, monitoring agent and bot performance, and conducting research on state-of-the-art AI agent frameworks and generative AI trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere (bot development, control room, IQ Bot, API integrations).
  • Proven experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents or autonomous AI workflows.
