Job Description

As a seasoned Business Intelligence professional, you will play a pivotal role in empowering leaders across the Life Sciences industries to make informed, data-driven decisions.

You will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, developing and implementing data-driven solutions, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Analyzing sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Developing and managing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Providing insights to support strategic decision-making for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams.
  • Managing large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and supply chain databases.
  • Supporting the implementation and optimization of data warehouses and ETL processes.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on BI initiatives.
  • Monitoring market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide actionable intelligence.
  • Supporting forecasting and scenario planning based on industry insights.

Others

A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics or statistics, is required. A master's degree or Ph.D. in a related field is preferred.

3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, and advanced Excel skills).

Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is a plus.

Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources such as IQVIA, IMS Health, or Symphony Health.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.

Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
