About the Role

This is an opportunity to lead a growing team of software engineers and help deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for the life sciences industry. As our engineering team grows, you will play a key role in mentoring engineers, managing project delivery, and working closely with product and design teams to bring ideas to life.

We use a modern tech stack including JavaScript, Java, and AWS services like EC2, Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB. We also integrate AI-driven features and automation into our platform to improve decision-making and efficiency.

A core part of our system is a private, permissioned blockchain that ensures data security, integrity, and traceability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers while fostering technical growth and accountability
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals
  • Take ownership of project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews
  • Identify and address technical blockers to ensure timely delivery of product milestones
  • Build a high-trust, collaborative team culture in line with our values
  • Work with leadership to continuously evolve engineering processes, tools, and best practices as the team scales
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate high-quality software development and improve engineering efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a technology leader
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript and Java
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
  • Experience in using AI/ML tools to enhance product capabilities or improve development workflows
  • Experience working in Agile teams

Work Schedule:

We have a flexible six-day work model to serve our global customers with agility and excellence.

Employees are expected to work on the first, third, and fifth Saturdays of each month.
