Our organization is seeking a proficient AI/ML Developer to create advanced AI-native software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Solution Development: Design and build high-performance AI-enabled products utilizing recent developments in foundation models like Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Evaluation and Integration: Evaluate emerging techniques and assimilate them into our production systems to ensure seamless integration.
  • Search and Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) Systems: Develop high-performance search and RAG systems, including data indexing, ranking, and query processing.
  • Evaluation Frameworks: Create evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance using a polyglot approach with a preference for open-source models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Distributed Systems and Machine Learning: Strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in distributed computing frameworks like Ray.
  • Experimentation and Production Code: Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code in Python, with experience in technologies like LlamaIndex, LangChain, Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
  • Emerging Technologies: Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems, or working with vector databases.
