**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack JavaScript Developer who can lead the development of complex software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript, including front-end and back-end development, as well as experience with full-stack development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions that meet customer requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to engineering processes and standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in JavaScript development, with at least 1 year of front-end and 1 year of back-end experience
  • At least 3 project implementations as a full-stack developer
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular or React and back-end technologies like Node
  • Experience implementing and governing software engineering processes, practices, tools, and standards for development teams
  • Strong leadership, business communication, and consulting skills
