Backend Development Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Development Instructor to join our team. As an instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in backend development concepts.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in backend development, with experience in Node.js, Express.js, Databases, APIs, or MERN stack. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach backend development concepts to students.
  • Mentor students in backend best practices, coding standards, and industry career paths.
  • Develop and review curriculum content for backend development courses.
  • Work collaboratively with faculty members and other instructors to align curriculum with industry needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-10 years of professional experience as a Software Developer/Engineer with a focus on Backend Development.
  • Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API design.
  • Solid understanding of backend fundamentals such as RESTful APIs, authentication, server-side logic, and performance optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
