Job Title: Director of SAP S/4HANA Implementation

Lead a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality SAP S/4HANA transformations across various industries, with a strong focus on manufacturing.

As a seasoned project delivery leader, you will spearhead solution design, architecture, and execution, ensuring timely and scalable results. Your expertise in one or more core process areas - Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or Procure-to-Pay - will drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive transformation roadmaps for clients, incorporating SAP-enabled solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize client outcomes.
  3. Mentor junior professionals, promoting professional development and delivery excellence within the organization.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, driving repeat business and referrals.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of overall SAP experience, including at least 8+ years in delivery leadership of large-scale S/4HANA programs.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end SAP implementations across multiple industries, with a focus on manufacturing.
  • Strong functional expertise in one or more core process areas (O2C, R2R, P2P).
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business value.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a strong client-facing presence.

Preferred / Added Advantage:

  • Prior experience working in distributed/global teams, particularly in India-based delivery projects.
  • Familiarity with Big 4 consulting models and methodologies.
  • SAP certifications in relevant modules/S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of South Indian languages to support local client engagements.
