The role involves designing intuitive user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to design user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing and competitor benchmarking to define user flows and design decisions.
  • Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides and UI components to ensure consistency.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and deliver the intended user experience.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics and evolving user needs.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer/Product Designer in a digital-first company.
  • Prior experience in EdTech or higher education platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision (or similar).
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability and accessibility standards.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
