Job Title: Expert IT Infrastructure Engineer Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled system engineer to manage services on messaging and file transfer technologies. The successful candidate will have experience in IT infrastructure related fields, preferably within an outsourcing or managed services environment.

  • Experience with Sterling file gateway (SFG)
  • Expertise in Sterling Integrator
  • Proficiency in IBM Connect Express
  • Knowledge of IBM Connect Direct
  • Hands-on experience in production support
  • Technical skills in Unix/Linux
  • Ability to create and maintain business processes
  • Strong understanding of protocols such as SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, S3, and Pesit
  • Excellent certificate renewal skills
  • Effective participation in disaster recovery for applications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automation and its best practices, as well as excellent management skills. They will be responsible for managing services, effective cost control, budgets, project optimization, good knowledge of infrastructure management, incident, change, request, and release management, vulnerability management, asset, license, capacity management, resiliency, DR process, BCP, project management, reporting, timelines, publishing dashboards, and performing resiliency tests/exercises.

Minimum 4-6 years of experience and Engineering graduate / MCA / Computer Science Graduate or PG required.
