We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to join our team in shaping the foundation of a SaaS growth engine.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of driving consistent pipeline through structured growth experiments. They will be hands-on with tools like CRM, Meta/Google Ads, and analytics platforms, and possess a generalist mindset comfortable running experiments across multiple channels.

  • Design and run A/B tests to identify winning marketing channels.
  • Analyze performance data to quickly scale up successful initiatives and eliminate underperforming ones.
  • Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with U.S.-based SMBs in the fitness and healthcare industries.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts drive revenue alignment.
  • Build playbooks for repeatable demand generation engines.
