Drive efficiency and quality in our Salesforce + nCino solutions as a senior automation engineer. We're seeking an expert in test automation with hands-on experience in Salesforce testing frameworks and banking workflows supported by nCino.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Test Automation Frameworks: Develop test automation strategies for Salesforce and nCino applications using industry-leading tools.
  • Test Automation Scripting: Write and maintain high-quality automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • End-to-End Testing: Perform thorough end-to-end testing of nCino modules, including Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation.
  • Validation: Verify Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Quality Metrics: Define and track quality metrics to identify defects and drive resolution.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior team members in best practices for automation engineering.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 9 years of QA experience, with 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Deep knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows, specifically Commercial Lending, Treasury, and Retail Banking.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce testing frameworks, including Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, Apex testing, and more.
  • Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SOAP UI.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred/Good-to-Have
  • Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, or QA Automation-focused.
  • nCino 201/301 certification.
  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Exposure to performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred but not required.
