**AS/400 Application Developer Position**

We are looking for an experienced AS/400 Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AS/400 application development and experience in designing and implementing software solutions.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing software components using RPGIV, RPG Free, DB2/SQL and RPG/ILE programming.
  • Collaborating with a team lead on design and analysis of software.
  • Performing testing and troubleshooting on developed applications.
  • Supporting the user community during development and testing phases.
  • Maintaining internal software development standards and change management procedures.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in AS/400 application development.
  • 3+ years of experience in RPG, RPGLE and CL programming; 1+ year of Synon2/E (aka COOL 2/E) experience.
  • 3+ years of IBMi SQL experience.
  • 3+ years of recent experience leading projects.
