Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chartered Accountant to lead our finance team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective management of the financial accounting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial accounting of the business segment
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and reporting of financial numbers to stakeholders
  • Lead the quarterly statutory audits, planning, execution, and timely closure of financials
  • Prepare balance sheet disclosures on a periodic basis and ensure correct and accurate reporting
  • Maintain strong knowledge of accounting standards and guidelines, and apply practical experience in business scenarios
  • Coordinate with finance teams for timely closing and reporting of financials
  • Ensure correct segmental reporting and proper elimination of all group transactions
  • Review the monthly closing checklist and ensure proper review is done for all balance sheet items periodically
  • Provide internal reporting of key performance indicators (KPI) to stakeholders
  • End-to-end responsibility of closure of Financial Statement of Parent company and Indian subsidiaries
  • Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislations
  • Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
  • Ensure delivery of board-level deliverables related to quarterly publishing of Financial statements of the company
  • Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations
  • Ensure adherence to all accounting policies/guidelines and make changes as per changes in Accounting standards, regulatory, and other compliances

Educational Qualifications:

A Chartered Accountant with 7 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance.
