Job Overview:

We need an accomplished technology leader with 18+ years of experience in AI product development, including 5+ years in implementing AI/ML/LLM solutions for B2C/B2B applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic orientation, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to mentor high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an AI/ML roadmap that empowers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models.
  • Promote AI and LLM integration to enhance developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Harness recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and improve overall customer experiences.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Drive business growth through analytics: Lead initiatives to optimize conversion rates, revenue growth, and engagement by converting data into actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives.

Skillset & Competencies:

  • AI/ML/LLM Experience: Langchain, GPT APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Recommendation Systems, AutoML
  • Data & Intelligence: Real-time analytics, data pipelines, customer journey insights, churn prediction models
  • Programming Language Skills: Python, R, or other programming languages for data science
  • Strong Strategic Orientation, Creative, Analytical, Problem Solving, Cross Functional Collaboration, Business and Financial Acumen
