Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and TestNG.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute automation scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG to ensure code reliability and efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing automation framework for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Perform regression testing to guarantee code changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
  • Integrate automated tests into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and manual testers to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities.
  • Analyze test results, document defects, and track them to closure.
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, and risk analysis activities to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Generate detailed test reports and documentation to support project decisions.
