Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Manager to lead our BI & Reporting operations. This role involves managing stakeholders, designing and producing reports, and driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage BI & Reporting BAU operations, ensuring effective stakeholder management and timely delivery of reports.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of BI reporting products, providing training to users for self-service reporting.
  • Partner with key areas within the organization to address any BI requirements, instilling a customer-first culture and prioritizing service above all.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage stakeholders.
  • A collaborative spirit, can-do attitude, and a customer-first mindset.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline, with relevant years of experience in a data role supporting multiple specialty areas of Data and Analytics.
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI, intermediate proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and Power BI, and the ability to assist and guide team members on technical issues.
Desired Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to lead a project or team effectively, with passion for digital and data-driven organizations.
