Lead Social Media Content Creator

We are seeking an experienced and creative Lead Social Media Content Creator to lead our brand's online presence across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will develop high-quality content, engage with followers, and build a strong online presence that drives brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, live sessions) across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
  • Promote brand products/services through authentic storytelling and creative campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with followers and engage with the community.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions) to improve campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends, hashtags, and industry best practices.
  • Attend brand events, product launches, and campaigns when required.
  • Ensure brand values and guidelines are consistently represented in content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Influencer or strong personal brand presence online.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Creativity in content creation (photography, videography, reels, captions).
  • Knowledge of trending social media tools, hashtags, and editing apps.
  • Strong understanding of audience engagement and social media algorithms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
  • BASIC knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
