We are looking for an exceptional Manager of Applied Machine Learning Engineering to spearhead our research and development efforts in applied machine learning engineering. As a crucial member of our team, you will be accountable for assembling a diverse cross-functional team to pinpoint and prioritize key areas of the business across ML, AI, NLP, and other cognitive solutions that will yield substantial business benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute AI R&D strategies to include prototypes and minimum viable products.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams on projects such as visual quality inspection, MLOPs, Conversational banking, Demand forecasting, Anomaly detection, etc.
  • Create reusable and scalable solutions for deployment across the customer base.
  • Produce AI white papers and foster strategic partnerships with industry leaders.
  • Guide, mentor, and manage team(s) around strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as CS, EE, Information sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, or related, with a focus on applied and foundational Machine Learning, AI, NLP, and/or data-driven statistical analysis & modelling. They should also have 8+ years of experience majorly in AI/ML/NLP/deep learning/data-driven statistical analysis & modelling solutions to multiple domains, including financial engineering, financial processes, a plus. Prior experience leading a technical team and excellent communication skills to explain complex algorithms, solutions to stakeholders across multiple disciplines are essential.
