Associate Product Designer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Associate Product Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to create user-centric designs that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and process. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Intuitive Interfaces: Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
  • Create Design Solutions: Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Participate in Research and Testing: Participate in user research and usability testing activities.
  • Iterate on Designs: Iterate on design solutions based on feedback and data.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in product or UX/UI design.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • User-Centered Design: Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Front-end Development: Experience with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS).
  • Accessibility Standards: Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Agile/Scrum Development: Exposure to agile/scrum development environments.
