Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sites.

  • Accounting Knowledge: You should have sound knowledge of all accounting entries and ledger reconciliations.
  • Oracle Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle is essential.
  • Cost Reduction and Analysis: You will analyze business performance on a monthly basis in terms of cost efficiency and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Cross-Functional Team Management: You should be proficient in managing cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution.
  • Variance Analysis: You will conduct variance analysis for business planning and reporting.
  • Performance Monitoring: You will establish necessary analytics to monitor performance against budgets.
  • Dispute Resolution: You will track and close out disputes, validating CN/DN.
  • Partner Governance: You will partner with governance teams and close out issues.
  • PO Reconciliation: You will perform open PO reconciliation with users.
  • MSA and Billing Disputes: You will resolve circle issues related to MSA, billing disputes, and close out disputes centrally with ToCo partners.
  • War on Waste: You will lead and drive the WoW agenda with Circle & Center teams.
  • Bill Approval: You will approve and validate bills for ToCo partners.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Statutory Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance for own site.
  2. Agreement Renewal: Manage agreement renewal and vendor management of existing sites.
  3. Site Acquisition: Acquire lean/low rental sites and stores.
  4. Rent Reduction: Negotiate rent reductions for existing sites and stores including LLR.
  5. New Site Delivery: Deliver new sites against targets.
  6. Existing Site Upgradation: Support existing site upgradations.
  7. Home Passes: Implement early harvest of home passes.
