**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Analyst II to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support security assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans, contributing to report generation and action items;
- Monitor security events and incidents, escalating as required and assisting in containment;
- Assist with the implementation of security policies and standards;
- Collaborate with the security team on documentation and process improvement;
- Participate in incident response activities, including investigations and reporting;
- Stay informed about emerging security threats and best practices;
- Contribute to security awareness training efforts;
- Seek opportunities for professional development in the security field;
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Typically 4 years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role;
- Proven experience in information security analysis;
- Proficiencies in security technologies and risk assessment;
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology;
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus;
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security, CEH, or equivalent are a plus;
