We are seeking a skilled Content Developer to join our team, responsible for creating engaging content that meets quality and organizational standards.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will develop and revise content, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and ensure the integrity and utility of the assigned content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop digital projects catering to grades VI-XII
  • Conduct research and analysis on learners and contexts vis-à-vis requirements
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning/training needs and ensure content generation/review according to scope and standards
  • Review, develop content, proofread, create illustration briefs, check content for plagiarism, and conduct research
  • Create instructional end goals and develop content matching them, ensuring teaching-learning methodologies are translated into practice
  • Develop storyboards, engaging learning/practice activities, assignments, assessments, and compelling course content enhancing retention and transfer
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to create content for digital use – digital media, visualizing instructional graphics, user interface, and finished product
  • Maintain clean project documentation throughout the course of work
Requirements
  • Over 7 years of experience working with a range of digital educational/academic projects for VI-XII, managing multi-component projects
  • Previous experience with content development for digital courses is a must
  • Experience working as an instructional designer/school teaching experience for grades VI-XII is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the subject of academic specialisation
  • Understanding of CBSE, ICSE curricula and NEP
  • Impeccable language skills
  • Well-versed with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Understanding of teaching-learning methodologies/theories in practice
  • Ability to develop content, especially storyboards
  • Sound ideation/visualisation skills Ability to write effective instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
  • Attention to detail, quality control, and ability to engage with content at the highest level
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow processes closely
  • Time Management – scheduling and planning work; managing time competently
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working as an instructional designer/school teaching experience for grades VI-XII is an advantage
