Job Title:

Technical Lead – GEN AI

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
  • Possess a strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks.
  • Leverage cloud-based services to build and deploy AI/generative AI applications.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning/LLM/genetic AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain, and NLP tools like SpaCy, NLTK.
  • Have hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Carry a rich experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based gen AI solutions.
  • Possess a strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and embedding techniques.
  • Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies.
  • Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively.
  • Have experience in applying advanced fine-tuning methods to optimize open-source models for specific tasks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in gen AI development.

  • Total Experience 13-15 years; Gen AI Experience – 5 + years.
  • Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology.
