Location: Bangalore

This position is responsible for processing company invoices and end-to-end Accounts Payable processes. There is daily contact with suppliers and close cooperation with other departments.

Your duties include:

  • Registering supplier invoices
  • Investigating supplier invoice disputes on a daily basis.
  • Running reports in Excel and taking action on open queries
  • Reconciliation of Supplier statements and dispute handling.
  • Archiving and filing documents according to Country legislation
  • Working closely with Business Development Managers, Product Specialists and vendor contacts.
  • Managing the pipeline for opportunities within defined criteria and accounts base.
  • Assisting accounts with queries.
  • Maintaining working relationships with vendor personnel.
  • Taking responsibility for self-development in product knowledge and job competencies, achieving all objectives set
  • This role involves processing and verifying less complex invoices and processing payments for necessary expenditures.
  • Data entry of less complex invoices, resolving invoice items due to discrepancies in general ledger coding or potential duplicates.
  • Analyzing vendor statements for accuracy, resolving less complex invoice discrepancies and entering data into system
  • Preparing and processing accounts payable checks, wire transfers and ACH payments

  • Competent in standard Microsoft Office applications.

  • Fluency in English
  • Fast learner with ability to pick up new systems
  • Great attention to detail and multitasking
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Numerate with accounting knowledge and adept at Supply chain management accounting
