Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Client Support Analyst.

  • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and partners, ensuring adherence to client contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
  • Communicate SLA dashboards to clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on performance metrics.
  • Utilize tracking tools to formally document technical support incidents, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Partner with sales and technology teams to assess incidents and implement corrective actions, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of Information Technology experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 2:30AM - 11:30AM ET, with flexibility to work outside of these hours as needed to meet business requirements.

Desired Skills:

  • Client relationship management experience, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients.
  • Understanding of Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) point of sale processing, including payment gateway integration and transactional data analysis.
  • Experience with using Splunk and other technologies for production support, with a focus on troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
