Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled executive to lead our e-commerce operations team.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations Management
  • Monitor performance across multiple marketplaces and sales channels.
  • Analyse seasonal and brand-wise performance data to inform business decisions.
  • Review sales performance and share insights in regular review meetings.
  • Assist with promotions, discount workings, and partner reconciliation processes.
Warehouse and Inventory Management
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and coordinate with third-party logistics partners.
  • Perform stock checks and maintain accurate inventory reports.
  • Track live/not-live stock status and ensure timely replenishment for assigned brands.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock movement and new partner onboarding.
  • Conduct analysis to support partner expansion and product performance.
Reporting and Process Management
  • Compile and maintain sales data; prepare and circulate brand-wise performance reports.
  • Support compilation of order indents and reporting metrics across brands.
  • Communicate with marketplaces/partners for smooth order execution.
  • Participate in weekly operations review meetings to present updates and action points.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree (any discipline).
  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, including exposure to warehouse management, 3PL coordination, and marketplace operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of OMS and WMS platforms such as Shiprocket, Unicommerce, or Vinculum.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and provide actionable insights.
