Key Responsibilities:

  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of the insurance claims lifecycle, including policy verification, claim registration, adjudication, settlement, and closure, is essential.
  • Facilitating communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project delivery will be an important aspect of this role.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to claims processing is also a critical responsibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, specifically focused on end-to-end claims processing, is required.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance claims lifecycle and related systems is necessary for success in this position.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management is essential.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with QA/testing teams for scenario design and defect management is also required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and dashboard development tools is necessary for delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and digital initiatives in insurance operations is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this role.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
