We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Dance Teacher to join our team at JSG Consulting Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver dance techniques, including ballet, modern, and jazz, to students of various skill levels.
  • Choreograph and direct dance performances, showcasing students' talents and creativity.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Organize and lead dance rehearsals and classes, ensuring a productive and engaging learning environment.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work collaboratively with other faculty and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress and achievements.
  • Contribute to the promotion and visibility of the dance program, highlighting its successes and impact.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field.
  • Professional dance experience or certification in specific dance styles.
  • Proven ability to choreograph and stage dance performances, demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Strong musicality and rhythm interpretation abilities, with knowledge of dance history, theory, and terminology.
  • Familiarity with dance-related technology and software, as well as an understanding of anatomy and kinesiology as it relates to dance.
  • Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, fostering students' growth and development.
