Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Technology Infrastructure Manager.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud infrastructure, server administration, SAN switch management, and data storage.

  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure for optimal performance and availability.
  • Oversee the administration of servers ensuring they are secure and up-to-date.
  • Provide expert management of SAN switches for seamless data flow and connectivity.
  • Administer data storage systems ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Implement security measures to protect infrastructure from potential threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs and projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
  • Participate in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 infrastructure support.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and its components.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in server administration.
  • Have extensive experience with SAN switch management.
  • Exhibit strong skills in data storage administration.
  • Be capable of troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure issues.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Be willing to participate in rotational shifts.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and infrastructure optimization.

Certifications Required

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate.
  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional.
