Experience Manager Developer

A highly skilled developer with 7+ years of experience is required to manage and migrate Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). The ideal candidate should have expertise in cloud-native architecture, best practices, and Adobe Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the migration of existing AEM implementations to AEMaaCS
  • Refactor legacy codebases to align with cloud-native architecture and best practices
  • Configure and manage AEM environments using Adobe Cloud Manager and DevOps pipelines
  • Develop and customize AEM components, templates, Sling Models, and OSGi services
  • Build responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible interfaces with HTL, JavaScript, and React
  • Create workflows, servlets, and event handlers to automate content processes
  • Integrate AEM with third-party systems using REST APIs, GraphQL, etc.
  • Support AEM Assets configuration, metadata schemas, and folder structures
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps in Agile teams
  • Stay up to date with AEM platform enhancements and front-end technologies

Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience with AEM and AEMaaCS migrations
  • Strong front-end development skills (React/JavaScript)
  • Experience with AEM Assets (DAM) and content management best practices
  • Solid understanding of HTL (Sightly), Sling, OSGi, and Java-based AEM customizations
  • Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, Adobe Cloud Manager, and integrations with REST/GraphQL
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
