Job Title: Field Quality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project-specific field quality plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and method statements to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Evaluate adherence to corporate quality management systems, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and project specifications during regular site visits.
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections of materials, work activities, and installations to guarantee compliance with established quality protocols.
  • Monitor civil construction activities, electrical and mechanical component installations, and commissioning activities for renewable energy projects.
  • Perform scheduled quality audits at project sites to verify compliance with approved procedures, standards, and specifications. Identify gaps, document findings, and ensure timely corrective actions are taken.
  • Document and resolve non-conformities, lead root cause analyses, and drive corrective and preventive measures to maintain quality excellence.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection reports, checklists, test certificates, and quality documents for audit purposes. Provide regular quality reports and support project quality scorecards.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete quality assurance and inspection activities efficiently.
