Job Overview:

  • HPLC Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking an HPLC specialist to conduct analytical tasks involving chromatography techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and calibrating HPLC instruments, as well as proficiency in Empower software.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform calibration and operation of HPLC with Empower software.
  2. Develop and validate analytical methods for OVI, purity, and assay by HPLC according to pharma guidelines.
  3. Operate laboratory equipment such as balances and pH meters.
  4. Prepare samples following Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
  5. Maintain knowledge of retrieval and storage working standards and columns.
  6. Compile and record raw data, chromatogram, and graphic data meeting GLP requirements.
  7. Establish general lab SOPs and instrument SOPs.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in HPLC handling.
  • Proficiency in Empower software.
  • Knowledge of pharma guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
