Exciting Opportunity for a Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using C#, Java, Playwright, and SpecFlow.

About the Role :

This role involves leading the automation efforts for web-based applications, ensuring robust and efficient testing using tools like Playwright and Appium. You will also be responsible for automating mobile applications across platforms such as Android, iOS, and Windows Phone, utilizing tools like Appium, UI Automator/ADB.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include :

• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using C# or Java, Playwright, and SpecFlow.
• Leading the automation efforts for web-based applications, ensuring robust and efficient testing using tools like Playwright and Appium.
• Automating mobile applications across platforms such as Android, iOS, and Windows Phone, utilizing tools like Appium, UI Automator/ADB.
• Collaborating with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline, using GitHub Enterprise (GHE), Jenkins and related tools.
• Developing and maintaining APIs, ensuring their thorough testing and validation through automated test scripts.
• Utilizing sound knowledge of SQL and stored procedures to validate back-end processes and data integrity within SQL Server databases.
• Creating and maintaining scripts in PowerShell and batch scripting to support automation and deployment processes.
• Working with Xcode and UI Automator on macOS to support mobile automation testing for iOS applications.
• Collaborating within IDEs such as Visual Studio to integrate and maintain automated testing frameworks.
• Ensuring the quality of software products through comprehensive QA processes and methodologies, including the creation and execution of detailed test cases.
• Managing and tracking testing activities using Microsoft Test Manager, ADO, Jira, and other tools.

You Will Be Responsible For :

Ensuring that all automated tests are thoroughly tested and validated, providing accurate results and reports.

Key Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in test automation using tools like Playwright, Appium, and SpecFlow.
• Excellent understanding of programming languages such as C#, Java, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like GitHub.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles.
