We are seeking skilled professionals to handle chats and emails with clients in Spanish and Italian languages.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, along with good communication in Spanish and Italian languages (B1 level).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat and email
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

Excellent communication and listening skills in English, Spanish, and Italian languages

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Minimum 1 year of experience in non-voice processes
