About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Structural Designer to join our team at Ramboll Engineering Centre (REC) in Gurgaon, India. As a key member of our structures department, you will be responsible for designing and managing UK projects from India, working closely with virtual teams across the country and in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage UK projects from India, collaborating with virtual teams
- Develop innovative solutions for structural engineering challenges
- Liaise with clients and consultants to deliver design solutions
Requirements
- M Tech degree in Structural Engineering from an institute of repute
- Minimum 10 years of experience in buildings projects with Reinforced concrete and Structural steel
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and design of various elements using Excel or equivalent tools
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
