We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in HCM Extracts, Reporting, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools and hands-on experience in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to support HR processes in global organizations.

Role: Technical Consultant

Location: Bengaluru

Position : Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.


• Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.


• Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.


• Support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions.


• Develop and manage HDL-based data loads with inbound/outbound integrations.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud tools and technologies.


• Hands-on experience in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
