Generative AI Programme Leader

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Generative AI to lead our executive education programme. This is an opportunity to drive high-impact discussions and shape the future of AI in business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live sessions on advanced topics such as Transformer architectures, diffusion models, VAEs, GANs, multimodal models, LangChain, RAG, RLHF, and Multi-Agent systems.
  • Mentor participants on their capstone projects, providing implementation-focused feedback and industry perspective.
  • Support a cohort of global, technically skilled professionals in applying Generative AI concepts to real-world use cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality delivery aligned with NUS standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3–5 years working directly on Generative AI systems.
  • Deep practical expertise in building, fine-tuning, or deploying models like BERT, GPT, diffusion models, or text-to-image systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.
  • Prior experience in technical training, executive education, or mentoring engineering teams is essential.
  • A postgraduate degree (MS, PhD, or equivalent) in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is highly desirable.
