Program Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Program Development Manager to oversee the successful execution of our skill development initiatives across Odisha.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive program strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including training partners, government departments, and local authorities, to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track program progress, assess effectiveness, and inform future strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end program management, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building to foster partnerships and secure funding opportunities.
  • Coaching and capacity building of field staff and trainers to enhance their skills and competencies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
