About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to lead our in-house team and drive creative vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the graphics team to develop visually appealing designs for educational content.
  • Manage workflow and assign tasks to maintain deadlines.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to the team to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, website graphics, and educational resources.
Innovation with AI
  • Drive innovation in graphics by incorporating cutting-edge design trends and AI technologies, creating immersive visual content tailored to enhance learning experiences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing various design projects and styles in Edtech industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
